Booths must be set up by 5:30 PM on Friday with all setup vehicles moved into the parking lot by 6 PM. Vendors  may camp behind their booth Friday night if they wish.  NO on-site security will be provided Friday night, so merchandise should be packed away or vendor sleep over.  Gates will be open for you to set up at 10:30 AM on Saturday. Booth breakdown can begin at 7PM Sat. 

Food Booths will need to obtain a Temporary Food Facility Permit at least 14 working days before event. Division of Environmental Health, 100 H Street, Suite 100, Eureka, CA. Phone: 707-445-6215. A copy of the permit must be emailed/mailed to [email protected] or to the address at top of application before event.
