Rodeo is about life lessons, and not just about belt buckles and winning.
There is so much you can learn from a horse and being part of a competition!
The Rodeo Queen & Princess
Each year the Garberville Rodeo Association looks for girls over 12 to compete for Rodeo Queen and girls under 12 to compete for Rodeo Princess.
The role of Rodeo Queen and Rodeo Princess allows the girls to get involved in the community, show off their horsemanship skills and be a role model for other young people all around them. Winning this competition gives you the opportunity to be a voice in the community.
We are so proud to have these young ladies participate this year and we wish them all the best of luck!
